2. Services Provided
Tropical Tours Explorer LLC acts as an intermediary:
- Facilitating bookings between clients, travel agents, and suppliers.
- Processing payments from clients and distributing funds to travel agents (commission) and suppliers (service cost).
We do not directly provide the travel services but ensure proper coordination and payment distribution.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Clients
- Clients must pay the full amount for services at the time of booking.
- Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards and other methods specified on our platform.
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation and refund policy (see Section 6).
3.2 Travel Agents
- Travel agents earn a commission for each booking completed via our platform.
- Commissions are calculated based on the terms agreed during registration.
- Payments to travel agents are processed within the timeframes specified in the agreement.
3.3 Suppliers
- Suppliers receive payment for services rendered through our platform.
- Payments to suppliers are made after the service has been provided or as per the agreed terms.
4. Booking Process
- Travel agents and clients must provide accurate information during the booking process.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier.
- Once confirmed, clients will receive a booking confirmation with details of their itinerary.
5. Responsibilities
5.1 Tropical Tours Explorer LLC
- Ensuring accurate communication between clients, travel agents, and suppliers.
- Processing payments securely and distributing funds appropriately.
- Maintaining the platform for reliable service.
5.2 Clients
- Providing accurate personal and payment information.
- Reviewing booking confirmations for accuracy and notifying us of any discrepancies.
- Adhering to the terms and policies of the suppliers providing the booked services.
- Clients are responsible for their belongings while on an excursion. If something is lost during an excursion, we can assist in locating it but cannot guarantee its recovery as we act as an intermediary. If the lost item is found, the client is solely responsible for the shipping cost to its destination.
5.3 Travel Agents
- Using our platform to book services on behalf of their clients.
- Ensuring their clients are informed about the services booked and any applicable terms.
- Complying with our commission and payment terms.
5.4 Suppliers
- Providing the services as described and agreed upon during the booking process.
- Communicating any changes or cancellations promptly.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, subject to an 8% processing fee deducted from the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund and will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds are processed based on the above conditions and will be issued within a reasonable time frame.
- Clients must submit cancellation requests via our platform or customer support.
7. Liability
- Tropical Tours Explorer LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from:
- Errors or omissions by clients, travel agents, or suppliers.
- Changes, delays, or cancellations by suppliers.
- Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tropical Tours Explorer LLC or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
